Neutrals

Panel of Arbitrators

The Goverion Arbitration and Mediation Court works with a distinguished panel of arbitrators drawn from diverse legal and professional backgrounds. These individuals bring deep expertise in international commercial law, corporate disputes, cross-border trade, technology, and infrastructure matters.

Arbitrators are selected based on their professional experience, independence, and ability to handle complex disputes with fairness and sound judgment. The Court ensures that each appointment reflects the nature of the dispute and the expertise required to resolve it effectively.

Panel of Mediators

The Court maintains access to a network of experienced mediators who specialize in facilitating constructive dialogue between disputing parties. These professionals are skilled in guiding negotiations, managing complex discussions, and helping parties move toward practical and mutually acceptable solutions.

Mediators serve as neutral facilitators rather than decision-makers, creating an environment where parties can openly explore settlement options while preserving confidentiality and trust.

Code of Conduct

All arbitrators and mediators appointed under the Court's framework are expected to adhere to a strict Code of Conduct. This code establishes the ethical and professional standards governing independence, impartiality, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

By requiring adherence to these principles, the Court safeguards the credibility of its proceedings and ensures that disputes are handled with the highest standards of fairness and professionalism.

Appointment Process

The appointment of arbitrators and mediators is conducted through a structured process overseen by the Court. Parties may nominate individuals where permitted under the Rules, after which the Court reviews and confirms the appointment to ensure independence and suitability.

Where parties are unable to agree on an appointment, the Court will designate a qualified arbitrator or mediator from its network of professionals. This process ensures that each case is entrusted to a neutral and competent decision-maker capable of guiding the proceedings with integrity.
