Arbitration Rules

Arbitration Rules

Arbitration proceedings administered by the Goverion Arbitration and Mediation Court are conducted under the institution's published Arbitration Rules. These rules establish the procedural framework governing the filing of requests, constitution of tribunals, conduct of hearings, and issuance of final awards.

The Rules are designed to balance procedural efficiency with fairness, ensuring that both parties have equal opportunity to present their case. They provide clear guidance on matters such as arbitrator appointments, confidentiality obligations, procedural timelines, and the role of the Court in supervising proceedings.

The Rules also incorporate provisions for emergency relief, enabling parties to seek urgent interim measures before the constitution of the arbitral tribunal.

Emergency Arbitrator

The Emergency Arbitrator mechanism allows parties to seek urgent interim relief before the arbitral tribunal is constituted. This process enables swift protection of assets, contractual rights, or evidence when immediate action is required.

Expedited Procedure

The Expedited Procedure is designed for disputes that require a faster resolution. It streamlines certain procedural steps and timelines, allowing cases to move efficiently while maintaining fairness and procedural integrity.
